Lip Sync AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services.

● Use the Services to operate competing infrastructure or storage systems

● Distribute spam, phishing, or unsolicited messages

● Upload illegal, harmful, or abusive content

Lip Sync AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without prior notice.

Lip Sync AI treats user data as confidential and only processes it to provide Services.

We do not sell personal data. Data may only be shared when:

Users may request access to their stored data where legally applicable.

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

● Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

We may also introduce platform-specific pricing or features depending on web or mobile versions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lip Sync AI is not liable for:

● Service interruptions

● Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Lip Sync AI maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward prohibited, illegal, harmful, abusive, misleading, infringing, or unsafe content.

This includes, but is not limited to:

● NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult content

● Harassment, hate speech, violence, or exploitation

● Political manipulation or deceptive synthetic media

● Unauthorized impersonation or deepfake-style content

● Non-consensual use of a person’s likeness or voice

● Copyrighted or infringing material

Any content found to violate these rules may be immediately removed, blocked, or restricted without prior notice. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent account suspension or termination.

By creating an avatar or using voice cloning features on https://lip-sync.ai/, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).

You further represent and warrant that all photographs and voice samples you upload to https://lip-sync.ai/ are either owned by you or that you have obtained all necessary rights, consents, and authorizations from the individuals depicted or recorded therein, including the right to use such materials for AI content generation.

You agree that you are solely responsible for all content you upload to https://lip-sync.ai/, and that such content will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights. You further agree not to upload, submit, or otherwise provide any content that infringes, violates, or misappropriates any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or any other rights of any third party, or that is otherwise used without proper authorization.

You confirm that you have all necessary rights and authorization to upload voice samples for the purpose of generating AI content on https://lip-sync.ai/, and agree that any generated content must not be used for illegal, harmful, or otherwise unauthorized purposes.

By continuing to use the services provided by https://lip-sync.ai/, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
